Getting a roll of film back from the labs can be one of the most creatively inspiring things to do for me as a photographer. Because I'll often be using the same roll for weeks, and sometimes months, by the time I get it back from the labs I'm a slightly different photographer than the one that made the very first exposure on the roll. Film doesn't change, but I do, and I'm able to find flaws that I wouldn't have noticed weeks ago.
Revisiting old photos is a reminder of how far I've come and a signpost pointing out how far I have yet to go. Here are a few I never got around to sharing on the blog, a few quick stories of adventures gone by.
